  8.  This is quite a simple program to run, all you really have to do is
  9. answer the questions.

  11.  Well what does it do? It saves your SysOp alot of time in finding out what
  12. Message area's (echos) you want to see on this BBS.
  13.  
  14.  Most users do not understand what it takes to get an echo turned on for a
  15. BBS. First you have to write the SysOp and inform him/her that you are 
  16. looking for a certian echo. Then the SysOp has to write a Message to his hub 
  17. requesting the Echo. Then the hub writes back saying that
  18. the echo request was received. And finally your SysOp can set it up for you to
  19. start reading.

  21. This utility takes out ALL the steps except the last one. The SysOp will 
  22. always have to set up the Echo.

  24.  The Echo Request Processor (EREQ from now on) will write all the Messages
  25. for you and your SysOp. I know you are asking "How did I get so lucky to have
  26. this ability?" Well your sysop happens to be on of the RARE sysop's that
  27. happens to like to listen to his users. (Kiss up to him/Her you need to stay
  28. on this BBS) ;)

  30.   What you will do..  First look at the echo list, and select an echo that
  31. you would want to read. Remember these echos take up alot of space. If you do
  32. not want to read it then DON'T turn it on. After you have selected an Echo look
  33. at the Tag that is to the Far Left of the Echo.   For Example:

  35. BLUEWAVE            Blue Wave Support Echo
  36. BNU                 BNU FOSSIL DRIVER SUPPORT CONFERENCE
  37. BOATING             BOATING

  39.  Lets say you wanted to start taking the Blue Wave Support echo. BLUEWAVE is
  40. the echo tag.  That is what you would type in to turn on the Echo. Make
  41. sure you remember (Or write down) the Echo tag.

  46.  If you have a High enough security level, you can now go in and request it.
  47. when you request the Echo, this Program will do the rest for you. If you are
  48. under the security level, that the Sysop has set up, then you can select the
  49. option to let you Request it from the SysOp. This option writes the Sysop a
  50. message telling him/Her exactally what Echo and in what Network they can find
  51. it in.
